Ok, so Kristen ran to her parents house for the night and left me with a remodel task. As many of you know...I love this. I figured I could not only take over the house, but also her blog and keep her/you updated...here is the progress thus far:
Jersey decided to sneak a peek . . .
A look at the construction zone. Here I have painted 2 coats of oatmeal and am beginning the stripes in a darker khaki. (Thanks to my sister, Mandy who came and helped in this next step)
Here is the stripes lined . . . Mandy taped, I dry painted the edges to seal from leaking and painted.
Now, the stripe stops at 3 feet so that I can add chair rail. Which I am starting now...will hope to update again tonight with that installed. : )
